We’ve shipped Agent Page, a full-page, chat style help page where customers can ask questions in plain language and get answers from your existing docs and help center.
Instead of sending users into categories and long article lists, you give them one place where they just type a question and get an answer.
You’ll find it under Deploy → Help page in your Agent dashboard.
